ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
GISDATA.io, provided by GISDATA, LLC, offers a platform to facilitate the discovery of geographic information system (GIS) data through a user search engine application and an API. These Terms govern your use of our Services, including all subdomains of the gisdata.io and gisapi.io domains.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GISDATA.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) the use or the inability to use the Services;

(ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services;

UNAUTHORIZED USE
Unauthorized or malicious use of the Services can result in losing access to the Services. This includes but is not limited to, activities such as hacking, data scraping, and other forms of misuse.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
GISDATA.io and its products, including the Galileo search engine located at galileo.gisdata.io, offer tools to search for GIS data. We do not host, own, or create GIS data but provide a means for users to find and download GIS data hosted by third parties. The data is sourced from open sources and is not owned or created by GISDATA, LLC.
USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Unauthorized or malicious use of the Services can result in losing access to the Services. GISDATA.io reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The GIS data accessible through our Services are the property of their respective owners. GISDATA.io claims no ownership over any data found through its search engine and API.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
GISDATA.io provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Services. We provide no guarantee of accuracy or warranty based on use. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GISDATA.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

(iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy right;

GISDATA.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
